for the Maxx Dash. It's a 5 kilometer walk/jog/run with multiple interval training stations mixed in along the way. Do it for the challenge, the fun, and the t-shirt!

is this Sunday from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM.
Taekwondo test next Friday, June 14th
at 5:30 & 6:30 PM for those students who are red-striped in class. More information will be sent home via handout.
We're hosting a fundraiser next Saturday, June 15th.
Instructors are donating their time for private lessons from 9 AM-1 PM. Sign up at the front desk for the time slot of your choice. All monies collected go towards the Scholarship for eligible high school grads. There's a suggested donation of $30 per 30 minute private lesson. Please donate cash or check, no credit cards.
The first of three full day summer camps
starts on June 24th. Friends and family that don't train at TMA are welcome to attend.
Keep training over the summer so you can make progress towards your goals.
We're hosting many summer activities; there's a schedule you can take home in the lobby. If you'll be out of town for 1 month or longer, don't forget to fill out a Leave of Absence form at the front desk.
